Blogger never shows correct stats for Adsense because blogger reports everything - spam visitors, robots, people without JavaScript in their browsers, people with ad blockers turned on etc. Adsense doesn't record any of those.

Google count page views and impressions only when ad code is executed by a user's browser. There are therefore several factors that would cause a discrepancy between the statistics you register in your logs and those listed in your AdSense account. Instances that wouldn't execute the code include:

  1. Spiders, robots, or crawlers from other search engines
  2. Browsers that don't have JavaScript enabled or don't support JavaScript
  3. Browsers that don't support the <iframe> tag
  4. Programs that people may have written to grab website content

Another reason why you might see a difference between your AdSense reports and your own statistics is invalid activity. Google remove clicks and impressions derived from some forms of invalid activity from reporting data, so you might see slightly higher metric values for clicks and impressions in your own statistics.

AdMob, YouTube, Blogger, and host partnerships

AdMob publishers only

When you signed up for AdMob, we also created a partially approved AdSense account for you. If you do have your own site that you’d like to show ads on, you can apply to fully activate your AdSense account, by adding “AdSense for content” as described below. Once your AdSense account is fully activated, you can earn money by displaying targeted Google ads on your site.
To show ads on your own site:
  1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
  2. Visit the My ads tab.
  3. Under “Add AdSense for content", click Apply now.
  4. Complete the AdSense application form, then click Submit my application.
  5. Finally, you need to create your first ad unit and place the ad code on the URL that you provided in your AdSense application, on a page that receives traffic. You can learn more about how to implement ad code on your site in our code implementation guide.

Note that until your AdSense account is fully activated, only blank ads will appear on your pages. Once your account is fully activated, you’ll receive a confirmation email and begin to see live ads. Please don't click on your live ads, even to test them -- doing so isn't permitted by the AdSense program policies.

Once your application is approved, you’re welcome to place your ad code on any site that you own without any further approvals.

Bounce rate is related to search engine ranking factor which is calculated by measuring the % of visitors leave your site after visiting pages [may be a single page or multiple pages]. If more than half of your visitors leave your site by visiting only one single page then your bounce rate will drastically go up and you will be notified it on Audience overview under Google analytics account dashboard.

Increased bounce rate hampers Adsense RPM rapidly!

Suppose you have placed maximum three "Ad units" on every single page of your site and each time a visitor visit your page you get 3 impressions/visit. If that visitor visits three pages at the same then you get 9 impressions/visit.

But if that visitor leaves your site from that single page then you lose 6 impressions from one visit. Thus more than half of your visitors leave by single page visit then you get lower and lower impressions. If it continues day by day you get fewer and fewer earnings day by day.

So you have to understand bounce rate of your site and apply strategies to decrease bounce rate. Here are quite few articles can help you to reduce website bounce rate.
As your YouTube videos accumulate more views, you may want to apply for an AdSense account to associate with your YouTube account. Successfully linking the two accounts means you’ll be eligible to receive payment.
To sign up for an AdSense account through YouTube, follow the steps below:
  1. Make sure your YouTube account is enabled for monetization.

  2. Submit your application to create a new AdSense account to link with your YouTube account. Once your application has been approved, you’ll see a "Host account" label on the Home tab of your AdSense account.
Google will send you a payment the month after your AdSense balance exceeds $100, assuming your YouTube and AdSense accounts are in good standing. Learn more about when you'll get paid.

  3. If you also have your own non-host website where you’d like to show ads, then you’ll need to submit a one-time application form to tell us the URL of your site.
You only need to complete this step if you want to monetize your own website -- you don’t need to take any further action to continue to monetize your YouTube videos.
Once your one-time application is approved, the "Host account" label will be removed from the Home tab of your AdSense account and you’ll have access to generate the AdSense ad code you need to monetize your non-host partner website.

  1. In early internet days, you may see a site notice asking everyone to click the ads. The day has gone long time ago. If Google detects possible cheating, there is no such thing as presumption of innocence. They assume that you are guilty.
  2. Do not click your ads. If Google catches you, they will suspend your account and retain any earnings you might have. However, if you, by mistakes, click your ads for one or two times, Google will keep that earning but rather not to punish you as long as it doesn't happen constantly.
  3. Google has a lot of restrictions on how the ads have to be displayed. One of the major reasons for account suspension is that webmasters tried to blur the ads and mislead others to think that it's "content". For simplicity, never attempt to use CSS to hide Google's logo unless you're authorized to do it!
  4. If you don't have any content, Google will have to guess what your page is about. It may guess wrong, and so the ads that it displays may not be relevant.
Once you have the AdSense ad code, the next step is to paste it in your page’s HTML source code.
This guide will walk you through using two common types of "WYSIWYG" HTML editors (like Adobe Dreamweaver or Microsoft Frontpage): HTML insert editors, and Code view editors.
This guide can also help you if you have a content management system, like Blogger or Joomla.
We can't give you exact instructions for pasting your ad code on your specific page, since every editor and every site is different. But we have provided some examples that will help guide your implementation.

Using a content-management system (CMS)

Before adding the ad code to your page, make sure that your page complies with our program policies. If your page doesn't comply with these policies, we reserve the right to disable ad serving to your site and/or disable your AdSense account at any time. If your account is disabled, you will not be eligible for further participation in the AdSense program.

  1. Although Google doesn't release exact details as to how they determine the ads to serve on a given page, they do say that it's the text content of the page that matters, not the meta tags.
  2. Avoid non-English characters on English pages. There is a bug which can cause these pages to show irrelevant French ads.
  3. Quality is the most important part of any web site. If your site does not contain the content of expected quality the visitor might not come back,
  4. Some webmasters are designing brand new sites specifically for serving AdSense text ads, however it’s against the AdSense rules to design a site purely for AdSense, so you’ll want to include a few Affiliate links or sell your own product, too.
  5. A great resource for earning money is using traffic driving sites like Flixya You can sign up for Google Adsense and Flixya, without the costs or time needed to build traffic or your own site.
  1. Sign in to your AdSense account.
  2. Click the gear icon  and select Settings.
  3. In the sidebar, click Access and authorization.
  4. In the “Show ads on other websites” section, enter the URL of the site where you plan to show ads.
  5. Click Submit.
  6. Finally you need to implement AdSense ad code on the URL that you provided above, on a page that receives traffic.
To implement AdSense ad code, you first need to generate the ad code. You can learn how to implement it on your non-host partner website by following our code implementation guide. Note that your ad units will remain blank until your request has been approved.
Once your request is approved, you’re welcome to place your ad code on any website that you own without any further approvals. If your application is not approved, be assured that ad serving on your host partner site will not be affected. You can continue to monetize your hosted content as normal.
Yes, its vary from account to account even advertiser to another advertiser.

There are dozens of reasons why CPC can vary.

  • different types of content
  • poor quality content
  • duplicate contents
  • quality of traffic
  • traffic sources
  • advertiser bids
  • amount of advertising on the site/page
  • geolocation
  • smart pricing
No not directly, the amount paid by the advertiser determines the CPC and there are multiple things which determine which ad is show, mainly the content of the site, geo location of the viewer, the viewers browsing history etc.

Obviously there may be indirect things where the location of the publisher could have an indirect effect. The location of the hosting company could have a slight effect, as could the type of content added (or the fact that new content isn't being added).

In Short: The country of the viewer is more important than the country of the publisher.

Ad RPM is simply meaning the ratio between Estimated earnings and total ad impression are multiplied by 1000. In calculation we see that

Ad RPM = (Estimated earnings / Ad impressions) * 1000

To increase and decrease Adsense earnings Ad RPM plays great role indeed, since the advertising bit types are different and many advertisers prefer cost-per-thousand impressions (CPM) rather than CPC or CPE types so you can see a gradual rise up or drop in Adsense earnings which are mainly affected by Ad RPM
There could be a few reasons but one could be that there were some higher paying advertisers that were placement targeting your site & by changing your URL you lost all of them until they find your new domain. Another is that even though you're using the same ad code since the ads are on a different site the bots aren't placing the same ads to the new domain that they were placing on the old.

Over time as the bots crawl your site more & advertisers find the new URL it may improve but it may take a while & it may not ever get back to where you were before the change. History means a lot IMO & by changing the URL the site history is gone so basically you're starting over from the beginning in some ways.

Since RPM is just a calculation from your earnings that are driven by the CPC when your CPC dropped drastically the RPM had to drop with it.

Go to Google Adsense and login your account. According to our previous description pick an appropriate adsense ad unit

Remember: The ad you want to show on homepage you must choose rich media(image and text ad) but for static page or post page choose only contextual or text ad slot to help robots performing better with your site content.

Ad Title - font-family: Some experts suggest Verdana as adsense ad title but my suggestion is to pick ad slot title font similar to your body font for letting better experience your adsense ads onto your content.

Ad Title - font-weight: Almost choose it bold or nothing

Ad Title - font-size: I recommend picking font size for ad title is 20px or higher but be remember you suggested font size should be lower than your post title font size of at least 5px. Which means if your post title font is 25px then choose adsense ad title font size 20px and keep the ratio similar for other suggestions.

Ad Title - font-color: I suggest you choosing font color light blue or in #00AEEF rather using bring blue color #0000FF which is more common and user can easily detect them as adsense ads. Also choose the hover color #0076A3 which is also a great suggested color from Mashable.

Ad description: The following suggestions are very common for adsense ad description. Here we set font family as Helvetica Neue which is a case sensitive and cross browser compatible font family. The font size is set to 13px which is an ideal size but decreasing the limit will make your readers difficult to read a short description about the product they'd likely to click. Also the color is a better suggested color or you can try it for complete black color #000000

font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
    font-size: 13px;
    color: #333333;

Ad url: Below is my ultimate suggestion for adsense ad url, here we set the similar font for ad title also we'd choose the same color but only change in font size. Here it is 11px that i think most of the users will recommend and your ads will perform better.

    font-family: "Helvetica Neue",Helvetica,Arial,sans-serif;
    font-size: 11px;
All the advertisers you had on your site previously aren't likely on your site now.

CPC is based on the price that the advertisers have bid to appear on your site, and now, your adsense code is different. It will probably take time for the advertisers to find it again.

CTR could be related to the ads, since what you have now may be different advertisers than what you had before.

A new account means no history. Even if the sites have history, they will originally appear new because the account is new. New ad code, new advertisers.

A little bit like a new car. You park it in the same driveway as the old one, but unless the insurance company knows it's your car, the insurance is still covering the old car.

The ads you used before were using a different publisher ID, so even if the ad space hasn't changed, the publisher ID that was serving certain ads, isn't any more.

It will take time.
There is no "best" number for CPC and RPM, It can vary from publisher to publisher, and even site to site.

RPM is based on your estimated earnings and impressions, so that's going to vary based on those statistics, and those stats change all the time, so that means the RPM will change.

CTR should be reasonable though.

In other words, if you have 100 impressions, you don't also want to see 100, or even 25 clicks.

You might expect to see anything between 3 and 5 clicks for 100 impressions. Too much more can be heading towards the high side for CTR, but again, depends on the site and visitors.
CTR or Click through rate is calculated by clicks for impressions, views, queries in 100%. CTR is normally calculated and reported to Google webmaster tools also Google analytics when visitors are clicking on links from search engines results pages, social networking sites, or referring pages before entering a webpage.

Ad CTR is a bit different than "CTR" which reports clicks for Ad impressions in 100%. To increase Adsense earning this is more important to increase Ad CTR. Read the following article:
